What type of frosting would you like your dessert finished in?
American Buttercream is a sweeter option (very popular with kiddos!), has a lovely texture and is very versatile. Swiss Meringue Buttercream presents less sweet, with a beautiful light, whipped texture, a classic European Buttercream. Ganache is a mixture of chocolate (white or dark) and cream - it's fudgy in texture and is the most stable option for cake finishing - highly recommended for warm weather and outdoor events.
